Privacy policy

The website may collect standard technical information such as IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed, referring page, and interaction data through server logs, analytics, security tools, and advertising technologies.

Information submitted through applications

When you use a referral application or personalized assessment, the form may request identity, contact, residence, employment, income, banking, debt, and requested-loan information. This information is used to operate the requested service, prevent fraud, communicate with you, and transmit the request to relevant third-party providers or service processors.

Your choices

Do not submit an application if you do not consent to the form’s stated data use and referral process. You may also adjust browser cookie settings or use available advertising controls. Some functionality may not work correctly when cookies or scripts are disabled.

Referral-service disclosure

Credit Relief Canada is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. Submission of a form does not guarantee an offer. A third-party provider may contact you, request documents, verify identity or income, review credit or banking information, and determine all terms independently.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The website may use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, security, preferences, performance, and advertising. Google Analytics and Google AdSense may process information according to their own policies. Advertising and referral relationships may generate compensation for the website.
